Keep your fire safety records organised so that you can access vital information quickly when the need arises, e.g. for an audit or inspection. Use our form to simplify this task.

Why use it?

Your fire safety records need to be continually reviewed to ensure that controls are in place and effective. Documents to be kept include your fire risk assessment, fire plan, action plans for remedial measures, records such as proof of emergency light testing and fire extinguisher checks. You should also include details of your fire marshals and their training records and of fire drills or emergency evacuations.

Use our Fire Log Checklist to make sure you have all current documentation in one place. It will help you identify if you are out of date with any of your fire safety measures. This form can be adapted to include evidence of sprinkler testing, for example, or any other fire-related checks you undertake.
